Our Ministries
Welcome to the Ministries of South Union Church of God. Our church offers a variety of ministries dedicated to serving the spiritual, emotional, and physical needs of our community. Each ministry is designed to provide support, guidance, and a sense of belonging to every individual. We encourage you to explore the different ministries and find the one that best suits your needs and interests.
Men's Ministry
Our Men's ministry meets the second Saturday of the month year around. Meetings are at 8am with breakfast provided.
Women's Ministry
Our Women's Ministry is on a break until Spring. Check back for more details in 2025.
Sunday morning Bible Study
Please join us on Sunday mornings at 10:15 for a 30 minute bible study led by Pastor Jennifer Hughes.
Jennifer follows a bible study guide as well as offering many hand-outs along the way.
Thursday Evening Bible Study
Join us on Thursday evenings at 6pm for Bible Study led by Pastor Jennifer Hughes. We'd also like to invite you for an intimate prayer time at 5:15 prior to bible study, for more information on the prayer time, or to request prayer, please contact our Intercessory Prayer Leader, Jalyne Lupo at 360.951.0946 or jalyne.lupo@comcast.com.
We have a potluck style dinner during Bible Study as well!

Volunteer Groups
At South Union Church of God, we believe in the power of service and giving back to our community. Our Volunteer Groups provide opportunities for individuals to contribute their time, skills, and passion to various causes and initiatives. Join us in making a positive impact and building a stronger, more compassionate community.
Samaritan's Purse - Operation Christmas Child
Another way South Union Church of God likes to give back is by supporting the amazing Operation Christmas Child ministry. This is an excellent way for us to get our community involved. We fill as many pre-made shoeboxes that we can to be shipped to less fortunate children all around the world. For many of these children, this is the only gift they will receive all year.
We except donations of non-food/liquid items year around as well as monetary donations for this ministry. There are a few things we are not allowed to include in the boxes, so make sure to reach out if you have any questios.
